AutoTools looks a mining speed, mining level, enchantments, and DPS to determine the best tool. how the mod works: craft the Tool Leveling Table. put an enchantable item in the big middle slot. place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books) bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success. special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments. press "Upgrade".
